Professional Airport Transfer Services in Istanbul

We landed in Istanbul around 6am and followed the instructions to the meeting point. When we got there and gave someone our name, he said he didn’t have it and asked me to pull up the voucher. I pulled it up and showed him and so he attempted to call the operator. After about 10 mins of trying to reach the operator, he told us to step over to the side and he would keep trying. While we were waiting I also tried to contact the company via WhatsApp message and call, and so did the friend I was traveling with. None of us were able to contact them, and even 4 days later I have not received any response to my messages. We ended up just taking a taxi. Would not recommend this transfer service.

The driver was pleasant and the vehicle was immaculate. The drive to the airport was quick and very smooth.

The instructors to meeting area were clear. The driver and ride were 5 stars. The reason for this review being a 3 is because the waiting area at the airport is full of smokers (despite being designated as a smoke-free area (even the greeters were smoking) and the wait was longer than expected. This was a serious issue as two of our family members suffer from smell-induced migraines.
