Arrived on June 17th, very warm welcome in the waiting room. The driver took charge immediately and got us to our destination quickly and efficiently.
It’s not my first time booking the same advisor. But this time it was really disappointing. I was given a regular dark minivan, not like it was described on the pictures and not like the ones I had before. I requested a refund but the advisor declined it
Excellent experience! This was the first time I was visiting Turkey and booking a transfer from IST to my hotel. Everything was very smooth. I received a prompt booking confirmation and very detailed multi-media communication explaining where exactly to meet the company’s representative at the airport upon arrival. Once we arrived, everything went as expected. The representative escorted us to the driver and he helped load our luggage and drove us to the hotel in a very spacious and comfortable mini van and then unload our luggage upon arrival at the hotel. I was very happy with our decision to go with this company so I used them for our return trip from the hotel to the airport. I highly recommend them and would use them again, if I ever have the need to do so.
