- In case of climatic problems:
- Consequence of No-Show : Significant delays may be treated as a "no-show", resulting in cancellation of the trip without refund, especially if the delay affects the duration, security or logistics.
- Customers must arrive at the marina at the scheduled time, unless the company indicates otherwise.
- Rainfall protocol on arrival:
- Service start time: The duration of the service is counted from the booked time, not from the client's arrival time.
- We do not accept cancellations or rescheduling on the day of travel, except in cases of bad weather.
- We do not rely on weather forecasts.
- We will wait until 20 minutes after the start time for the weather to improve.
- Key recommendation: Arrive 15 minutes before the reserved departure time to avoid problems.

We had a private yacht for the afternoon with Captain Roland Muriedas of Yaju Boat Tours. Let me just say, Roland was a breath of fresh air. He’s down to earth, and very knowledgeable about the history of Miami - having grown up in the area. If it’s sightseeing you want, or just want to enjoy the Florida sun, look no further than Captain Muriedas. He’ll tell you stories about Miami that no other guide will. The boat was clean and well maintained. He provided us with any and all accommodations we required and really went the extra mile at every turn. It was a treat to talk to him about his family and his life, and share stories of our own. Pick Roland!
