Unfortunately this was not as expected. This “tour” was just a driver that took us to these locations, dropped us off and asked us to text him when we were ready to be picked up. So we really did not learn much about these places just were able to see them. The winery was good but the way Viator described the “lunch” in all of its grandiosity was just a cheese/salami plate with bread pieces. Not a lunch at all. While the driver, Rafael, was very nice and personable I would not recommend this tour as it was not a tour as one would expect and no lunch was provided either.
This was the experience we were looking for! Premium car with top class driver. Pedro was very kind to us and showed us the monuments of Évora and explained the history behind them as well as some stories linked to the places. Later we visited a local vineyard. What an incredible place, we took a tour to see the property with a 4x4 jeep and had a great wine tasting with some delicacies from the region. TOP TOP
We had a wonderful experience at Herdade da Coelheira. The tour was perfect. Pedro, our driver, was the best host for this day. Thank you for kindness!
