Before leaving the platform, you will need to climb one floor. There you will reach a long corridor with conveyor belts. At the end of those tapes, the driver will be waiting for you, next to the car rental stores. Maximum driver waiting time on arrivals Train: 30 minutes.

This is one of best service I have seen so far. Handling my reservation by the operator was amazing and he extended his help throughout.
