The pick-up area at the Port Canaveral terminal where the passengers arrive or any Hotel around 3.5 miles to the any terminal cruise at Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach We using Vans or Luxury SUV in our services. We must receive from the passenger's phone number in order to provide the service. You may contact us by email, WhatsApp or tex messages. Passengers are coming from the any Cruise or any Hotel must receive a call or text from the driver or dispatcher 30 minutes before their reservation times. The passengers have 20 min in grace from the booking time at any cruise terminal. If no text or call is received from your driver, please call or text the office from outside. Passenger with bags in hand call or text the driver to confirm (your driver's name and phone number will be sent via text and email on the day of service before you exit your ship). After the grace time period the driver will be released. We have Safe and clean vehicles, and Commercial insurance covered, not wheelchair accessible, stroller accessible service, Infant seats available. The gratuities are additional for the rate of service, you can give it directly to the driver. The limit of luggage is according with the capacity of each vehicle, one standard bag per person. (A single stroller is considered a suitcase / double stroller is considered two suitcases). Please contact us at least 48 hours before your pickup if you need additional space for you luggages. Once you’re in the vehicle you will be whisked away safely and comfortably in your privately chauffeured vehicle. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the reservation, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
