- Additionally, with private transport we can customize a scenic adventure for your group to attractions between the travel destinations, such as a short hike in a national park, a visit to a coffee plantation, shopping in a traditional Costa Rican town, or admiring a waterfall. Very lovely couple that took us from Monteverde to Manuel Antonio. Excellent driving, smooth despite road conditions. Felt safe throughout. Very nice comfortable van, air conditioned and WiFi. Got to stop at crocodile bridge for rest and look around. Would recommend!
Driver was prompt and even though he had very little English and we had no Spanish he made the journey very pleasant by stopping for a rest period and also to take a photo at a scenic spot.
I believe the company providing the transportation was “Torres Transportation” and the shuttle driver Francisco was FANTASTIC. He stopped along the way for scenic views, pictures, animals, allowed us to try fresh picked fruit. We tried so many wonderful fruits and coconut water fresh from coconut. He is very kind and generous. He brought us to a hot spring and we had so many fun stops along the way. It was truly special. This was by far the best shuttle experience I’ve had in Costa Rica!!! I definitely enjoyed the shuttle ride from Monteverde to Manuel Antonio. The driver made this trip very memorable!

Comfy transport with air conditioning and WiFi. Our lovely driver also stopped to point out things of interest such as crocodiles and nesting scarlet macaws!
The views were amazing, and the driver was excellent!! We even stopped at a bridge to view some crocodiles in the river. We also stopped at a viewing area to take photos of Jaco beach. The driver drove very safely, and made us feel comfortable as we enjoyed the trip!!
We had a good experience with this company (Faro Travel) and our driver Johan. Communication from booking until pickup was excellent and timely. Johan drove safely and made stops along the way to show us some good places to take photos. Some in my party have motion sickness, so I informed Johan and he did a great job with driving smoothly and safely and we were able to rest and recharge. I would recommend this company to other travelers.

Rather than using a passenger van, can the operator please use a car since only 2 of us. The van is noisy and uncomfortable. The driver was nice.
It was a very pleasant trip, with a very friendly driver and safe driving. The vehicle was in perfect condition. Stops allowed us to see crocodiles and papagayos. Highly recommended!!!
