Please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Free waiting time for city pickups: Up to 20 minutes at your location. No-Show Policy: If the traveler fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location within the free waiting time and does not contact the driver or the local operator, the booking will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
