Option 1: Professional & Structured (Recommended) Arrival Instructions: Copa, United, Air France, or KLM: Your driver will be waiting outside of Customs in Terminal 2, holding a sign with your name. All Other Airlines: Your driver will meet you outside of Customs in Terminal 1, holding a sign with your name. Important Note: If you are traveling without checked luggage, you may occasionally be directed to exit through Terminal 1 regardless of your airline. If this happens, please walk to Terminal 2 or contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp so your driver can relocate to meet you. Note: Free Wi-Fi is available for one hour throughout the airport to help you stay connected.

On time. Gorgona to Tocumen. Big minivan held 12 pieces of luggage with tons of room to spare. Driver handled all luggage easily. Very heavy.
Driver was on time at the airport and my sign was easy to find. He was courteous and a good driver. It was nice not to have to find transportation when we arrived. I would recommend this service.
We were a family of 5 with young children traveling from San Carlos to Tocumen. Ernesto was our driver and what a genuine pleasure it was to meet him! He had such a friendly demeanor, was so kind and patient with our kids, arrived early (yet apologized for being later than he would have liked!), and answered all of our questions about Panama. He spoke fluent English which was unexpected, but so helpful. You won't regret requesting him! The booking process was very straightforward. I sent an email, had a response within a few hours, and price was fair as compared to other shuttles we booked for a similar distance.
We have been using this service for a 3rd time now, they communicate well, always reliable and we have never had any trouble with them. Highly recommended
