Our driver was on time and very pleasant. My only complaint was that I had told them that we were 4 adults and one teenager with 7 pieces of luggage. Luckily, my mother in law had to leave a few days early so she used separate transportation otherwise we wouldn’t have fit. The driver was able to get the luggage strapped to the roof but the “minivan” they picked us up in was very small. My wife sat in the front seat, my oldest daughter and I had to sit sideways in the back seat to fit, and my younger daughter sat sideways in the back row. There is no way we could have fit one more person so be careful if you have more than 4 people (unless they are small children). Otherwise, the entire experience was worth the price we paid and I would recommend this company.
