DO NOT RENT FROM SIXT A PHOENIX SKY HARBOR. They falsely charged me for damages on the driver side door. I drove car in and parked it. A staff member looked at the car and asked if keys were inside. He said i could leave and he would email me a receipt. When I got the receipt (hours later), Sixt claimed minor damage to driver side door. If you look on Facebook, similar charges have occurred. Rent from a more reputable firm with proper customer service to check the car out and back in.
There was an issue with my reservation Cece the agent did such a fine job in coming up with a solution, she was just such as fine and helpful agent.
