This company was super reliable, safe and great communication about the details of pick ups. Upon arriving at Punta Cana airport it took us a bit to find the drivers assistant ( was very crowded) but we called Julio and within 2 minutes the assistant found us and took us to the vehicle. I highly recommend this service if you want to be on time for flights or important appointments and don’t want to wait for hotel or resort shuttles that May or may not have room for you or your luggage.
It was easy to schedule our travel to and from the airport with ease. Before we arrived, there was communication as to what to expect when we got there. they were very easy to locate at the airport. when we were leaving they arrived at the pick-up stop little earlier, which was not an issue we, were there and ready to leave so that was very convenient for us. the overall experience was great. Both of our drivers were very nice we had no issues.
This company provides a great and easy transfer from resort to/from the airport at a fraction of the resorts cost. Professional drivers with signs made for an easy arrival. The air conditioning and vehicles were also nice.
Very safe and efficient driver that took us to our destination in record time. No complaints. He waited while we got something to eat at the airport. We also wanted to take a tour of Consuelo and Deny was sent. Deny was awesome. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time. He speaks English and made the experience very enjoyable. He also brought drinks for us and took us to local places where we could get Domincan food and chicarron! Deny also took us back to the airport. He stayed until we had checked in and went into security. I would definitely use this company again.
