Terrible there was no flexibility when our flight was cancelled.. As soon as we were informed we contacted the tour company as we rebooked our flight and arrived 2 hours later. Because we were within our 24 hours we were told they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. We were offered no alternative or solution just a “sorry”. And no refund or discount. I could understand if I created the cancellation but this was completely outside of my control.
If your flights delayed you are going to lose your money and driver . They don’t want to reschedule your pick up, they will offer to “reschedule “ it for extra money . Unbelievable!
hello, I'm sorry but if you miss the flight and arrive after 10 hours of difference we can not reschedule another transfer being that the drivers are busy.
Driver was waiting for right when we got out of the airport even when our flight was delayed twice. He drove a luxury car & pointed out interesting things along the trip.
Dominico was so friendly, considerate and made us feel so comfortable! He asked if we wanted music or not, pointed out key landmarks and made the ride so enjoyable!
They cancelled day of - it is super easy to take a taxi from the airport to Almafi coast for cheaper than listed here
Easy and good communication. Definitely would recommend pick up in a personal vehicle. Even gave us a bit of a tour on the way to our hotel.
Antonio was great! I thought I was going to have to wait awhile but he was waiting for me when I walked out. The drive was a nice one. Definitely recommend
Don’t arrange a car with them. Landed in Naples after 14 hours traveling and the car was delayed in Rome We arranged for this car months in advance to make sure we had a ride. Ended up paying more for a taxi and we got lost. Don’t do it.
Great communication easy pick up driver for us there very fast. We had 4 pieces of luggage and two people and fit no problem in the drivers vehicle.
The vehicle for 4 people and luggage was a Mercedes vito. It was very nice. I requested an English speaking driver and we got one. We were able to text the driver with the number from Viator. This made finding each other very convenient as we did not arrive on a train but wanted to be picked up at train station
