The driver was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we go to our destination safely. He was great in communication prior to pick up to make sure he had the right size vehicle to transport my fiancé wheelchair
Web site stated they would monitor for flight delays, our plane was delayed 3 hrs. They did send a text in the middle of my 12 hr flight but I missed it as I was sleeping. I contacted prior to landing and was told they showed up at LAX and could not wait and that I would have to find my own ride. Ultimately I had to arrange alternative transportation and was still charged by the company.

Amazing service! Was communicative as we made our way back home on an international flight. Was waiting for us outside after we got our bags in a nice clean minivan.
