Our experience with this transfer from the Orlando Airport to our hotel was flawless. The pickup/arrival instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Our driver was waiting for us in the baggage claim area with our name on an electronic device which was very visible and easy to locate. He helped us retrieve our luggage and was parked in a quiet location close to the baggage claim. The ride to the hotel was very relaxing and conversation was easy. We would definitely use this company again.
