Excellent service from booking through to drop off. The service provider kept in regular contact with me vis WhatsApp & on landing sent me a photo of my driver so was easy to meet up. Car was very clean & driver was very experienced.
The taxi from the airport to the hotel in Copacabana cost 240 Reais, and in the end, they left it at 130 Reais. We achieved an excellent discount.
Someone was there to meet us at the exit and take us to the transfer driver immediately. Driver was friendly and overall felt very safe.

The driver Alexandre was fantastic and kept up communication about the time we were going to meet. He was waiting for us and we had a great drive from the airport to the hotel. I wish we could get him to drive us on the way back to the airport.

Trip was fine and the driver was very nice and courteous. However, trying to locate the service at the airport was chaotic. Took us 20 minutes roaming among the various services snd drivers before accidentally running into a representative that had a poster that included my name. There has got to be a better way.
Our greeter was right outside the terminal holding a sign with our name. She took us to our driver. Our driver was very friendly, helpful with bags and an excellent driver.
