Our driver notified us of a 40-45 minute delay as he missed the car ferry train. We had already checked out of our hotel so we had to wait in the train station. Azze met us inside the terminal and apologized at about 80 minutes after the scheduled departure. He was polite but not very talkative. Our stop in Lausanne was pleasant but raining. Communications were clear on drop-off and pickup and we were given flexibility that was appreciated. The trip on to Basel was filled with views of wine country. A couple of suggestions would be to offer water to passengers and full-sized umbrellas as ours were small travel sized. Overall, we enjoyed our trip through the mountains and were treated to a comfortable ride.
