Private tour from our hotel through the Tuscan valley! Our travel agent booked us a difficult tour with late start times and too many things to do on our itinerary. CRISTIAN our driver and guide for the day helped us to adapt our tour and still see/ do everything but at a more manageable pace. The driver got to our hotel 5 minutes early and was rushing us to get in the car and told us, “I gotta go, I can’t wait, I have another fair I have to get to.” Mind you, there is a 15 minutes grace period that is clearly stated in the agreement. I booked through Viator and paid a lot of money because I wanted a smooth stress free experience which this was not. This was a completely opposite of the experience with the previous driver who was fantastic and for that reason I would recommend using Viator.
