Very good driver, and very friendly. Explained what we are seeing along the way. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Santiago.
Driver was right on time. It was easy to find him in the cruise terminal and he got us loaded and on our way quickly and efficiently. He provided bottled water. The van was spacious, clean and new. Carlos' English wasn't the best, but it was still easy to communicate even though our Spanish was worse than his English. Carlos was very friendly and helpful! Definitely would recommend his services.
We were supposed to be picked up at the Valparaiso port at 0730hrs. We received a text from the driver at 0730hrs informing us that he would be late by 20 minutes because of traffic. He arrived at 0755hrs- He accompanied us to his car which was a bit of a stretch, passing all the waiting buses going to the airport. Others who had pre-arranged transfers (obviously not with this company) had their drivers waiting in an area where they go at the port, and all had names on a cardboard.
Excellent driver and nice clean vehicle. Excellent tips for Santiago. A pleasurable ride. Enjoyed learning about the areas we passed during our trip.
The driver was not show up on time. I booked for a transfer at 10 am. The driver did not showed up until 11 am. I tried to contact operator to ask for status, but no response. I asked Viator to get involved, they could not get hold of the operator. Eventually I booked Uber to go to Santiago.
Our driver was on time and drove cautiously from Valparaiso to our hotel in Santiago. The trip fare was a little expensive, but it was worth it for safe and convenient transportation.
quiet smooth transfer from Port of San Antonio to Santiago. Driver was very helpful in loading our bags and getting us safely to our destination. Van was very comfortable.
We disembarked from the sapphire Princess In San Antonio on Feb 19, 2023. We has contracted with Viator to tour Valparaiso,and Santiago before being dropped off at our hotel in Santiago. We had a wonderful day, Sebastian was a great guide. It was definitely cozy with 11 of us in a van with all of our luggage, but all went well. We had a good trip on all.

Great company that responded quickly to our itinerary changes (4 to 5 people, Valparaiso to Vina Del Mar pickup). Driver arrived early, which we really appreciated.
