Inside the arrival hall of Marco Polo VE airport, just outside the luggage area, the driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. Identify yourself by showing your voucher. In case of delays of more than 60 minutes upon arrival you must call the transport service. There are 60 minutes waiting time included in the disembarkation time.
