Well polite and attentive driver

Raul was very reliable and professional. We would highly recommend him. He was so pleasant, spoke English and told us a lot about Santiago .
J Carlos sent a text the day before we arrived to tell us where to meet him the airport for our transport to the hotel. When we arrived at the meeting spot he was not to be found. We sent a text telling him we were at the meeting point. No reply from him. After waiting over 30 minutes, we called and he said he had been in a car accident and would delayed 2-3 hours. We had to find other transport to our hotel. Still waiting he hear from the transport company regarding our refund for failure to provide the service we paid for to transport us to the hotel from the airport. Very dissatisfied regarding this booking with Viator.
Arrived on time to Santiago Airport (SCL) moved through customs and integration and exited with all the other passengers. Looked for 30+ minutes for our driver. No sign, nothing. Finally made other arrangements being careful to avoid the black cabs. Arrived at my hotel, jumped on the internet and found a What's App message from the driver. No instructions that I needed internet at airport to check my What's App. After 10 hrs in the cheap seats, I just wanted someone with a sign to take me to the hotel. Refund. Good luck.
The driver gave us in advance all the information about our arrival, where to meet him etc, what to be careful about etc. He is a very nice guy and on the way to the hotel, we had very interesting chat about the city.,
Great communication with our driver Raul. We were very happy with the service especially given the flight delay we experienced. It was great to know our ride would be there when we arrived despite being several hours late.
Our driver was on time and always communicating with us. He was very courteous and congenial. Highly recommend this service, especially after a long flight.
JC was Fantastic! We communicated via WhatsApp and when we arrived he sent a pic of himself so we would know what he looked like, he was Very funny and communicated very well. Traffic was Horrible but he made the situation great, loved the 80’s music, and found alternative routes to get to our hotel! Our driver JCarlos was a good communicator, giving us good instructions as to where to find him in the departure area of the Santiago airport and he gave us updates prior to our trip and as we landed. He was friendly, courteous, and he shared information about the city. We would highly recommend booking an airport transfer with him.
