Seeing the Tower of Pisa from the road as we headed straight to Lucca. Our driver navigated his way into the Duomo and helped us find our accommodation on a narrow alley.
The driver was on time, friendly, and shared his knowledge of the area during the ride. And probably just as important, he seemed to know his way around the streets, even the narrow winding streets of Lucca.
