Pickup Locations & Times
Pick up intructions from airport: "After clearing immigration and customs, proceed to pick up your luggage and head for the exit. Upon exiting the customs and immigration area, you will have the option to take your checked baggage with you or have it transferred to the main terminal for pick-up. Please note that you should NOT transfer your luggage to another terminal, proceed to pick up your luggage at the terminal where your flight lands, as your driver will be waiting for you there. Note: Remember to download WhatsApp on your phone and contact POLITTAN to get the phone number of your assigned driver. Do not leave the building without first contacting the driver. Terminal A: Pick up your luggage on level 2 where your assigned driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. Terminal B: Pick up your luggage on level 2 where your assigned driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. Terminal C: Pick up your luggage on level 6, go through the gate, go straight ahead and look for the "Meet & Greet" area where the driver will be waiting for you."

Very professional & friendly driver. The vehicle was sqeeky clean. He had snacks and water plus Disney gifts for children. Pleasant conversation for the hour drive. A real plus was the communication. The driver was not waiting. I had to try and find a number to contact the company, the number listed did not work. I finally found a way to to in touch with the driver. I then had to wait outside for the driver to finally show up.

I scheduled an airport pickup. I followed the instructions to notify the driver of our location upon landing. We only waited about 10 minutes. The driver and vehicle matched the information sent by Viator so we knew it was the correct car. Omar was very pleasant, the car was clean and the ride was smooth. The price was very reasonable. I would use this service again.

I scheduled an the shuttle in advance expecting a smooth and timely pickup, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes past our scheduled time, which was frustrating. Communication about the delay was also lacking, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations for a pre-booked service.

Never happened as to much hassle trying to find out where he was . We didn’t know the area and although we thought this was the way to be hassle free , it was very stressful so we ended up calling an uber and lost our money …
