Our original driver cancelled, didn’t notify us, and the company was not aware of it. If we didn’t reach out to check status we would not have been picked up. A replacement driver was found but he arrived 30 min after the reservation time and we had a flight to catch which let to a stressful wait / drive. The company was also not very responsive when we contacted them. They never picked up our call and we had to check back repeatedly to get status updates. Would have expected the company to monitor the status of the driver to ensure he left timely vs waiting for us to figure it out. The driver we did end up having was lovely and it was a very nice ride.
