We had the absolute pleasure to have Experibo Tours provide transportation to and from the airport and give us a tour of various historic and cultural sites in Montego Bay. Our trip started a little bumpy because our baggage was delayed, but luckily even with the delay Clive was right there welcoming us to Jamaica!!! In the air-conditioned car was festive reggae music and a few cold drinks to quench our travel weary palates as we were taken to our resort. Clive gave us his card and told us to call if we wanted to go out and see the real Jamaica. A couple of days later, we took Clive up on his offer for a tour and he sent his son to take us to a local lunch spot, which served some of the best curried shrimp I have ever had. After lunch we toured a local market, town center and beach, which helped us to experience and explore through the lens of a Jamaican. Shaquan shared his personal perspective on living on the island and provided us historical, economic, political and cultural insight associated with Jamaica and drew relevant connections to our own personal experiences. This tour was definitely a must do. Finally, on our last day, Clive’s brother Johnny picked us up promptly and took us to the airport with more than enough time to spare. Of all our interactions with the folks from Experibo, we were made to feel safe and like family. I strongly recommend Experibo Tours without reservation.
