The experience didn’t take place. We were late as we were waiting for our luggage from baggage claim when the driver threatened to leave since their wait time was only an hour. Luckily he did offer to wait around. When booking, details shared that each person could bring up to 3 pieces of luggage. When the three of us got there with our luggage, he denied the ride because his vehicle couldn’t accommodate. I even messaged the driver when he reached out days before to let him know how many of us there were and how many pieces of luggage to expect. We had to get a taxi and spend more money on transportation. I would not recommend this booking to anyone and will not be using them again.

Overall the experience was not the greatest. It was just like ordering an uber. Driver made us wait for at least 15 min and door 8 and honestly it didn’t feel as though the driver cared about helping with luggage. Nor were they interested in welcoming us. I would not use again
A little challenging to meet our driver due to works at MEX airport but easy experience even at 11pm. Gratefully received.

very poor; they sent a car that could not fit the luggage, and the driver just said he could not take us. He did not help us figure out how to solve the problem.

The balloon ride was awesome Our tour was to include transfer to location, breakfast, balloon ride, and pyramid excursion We had to pay uber to balloon ride, no breakfast and pay uber to pyramids and uber back to our hotel. We were on the phone with uber for 30 min night before to confirm our 4-5 am pickup etc. we had a technical problem accessing our vouchers and Viator tried to send email but we could not access then she said they were having technical problems. When we arrived at balloons we inquired about our tour booked and they said no just balloon ride. So Viator has issues and I will be contacted customer service for parcel refund for what we did not receive—uber transfers costs, breakfast and our ticket price we paid ourselves at the pyramids.
Super easy way to get picked up from Mexico City airport. Driver was professional and courteous. Great communication. Super clean car. I am favoriting this company as I travel here often and this has by far been the best transport option I have found.
