Unfortunately I had to cancel my round trip booking with this company, less than 48 hours before my scheduled pick up due to an issue at home. I emailed as soon as I knew but was told I would receive 0% of the €220 I paid back. I totally understand that I would lose half my money as I wouldn’t be there for pick up but to take all your money without the possibility of amending my booking was terrible customer service in my opinion. I enquired in a second email about amending the booking but never received a reply. Hence, I would not recommend this company.
