Private Transfer From Liberia Airport To Margaritaville Resort, Costa Rica

Wow! My wife and I have been visiting the Margaritaville, Beach Resort multiple times over the past fifteen years. To our amazement each visit brought new and exciting changes to the resort. This. year we were accompanied by our two daughters and their families. We were there for eight days. This time, I was most impressed by the change in the attitude of the Resort team. Everyone was happy and relaxed, and this quickly translated to the guests. I saw smiles, heard laughter, and people were more positive. With the hotel staff enjoying their time at the hotel it was hard for me to select just anyone as special. However, three people, did seem to me go one step beyond. The first was, Carol, I met her during my check in process. We were waiting to check in but the reception clerk was busy with a guest ahead of us. She just jumped in and registered us. Later, I learned that she was the front desk supervisor, yet that did not stop her from helping a guest. Another kindness came from one of the pool bartenders. My grandson, a twelve-year-old, seemed to spend all his time in the ocean or the pool. The bartender, Elias, provided him with a few slices of pineapple when he would visit the pool bar. I was ready and willing to pay but Elias just smiled. Scott truly needs to be included. Scott is the resort manager and each staff member I talked with pointed to him as the reason they love working at the Margaritaville, Beach Resort. Unlike other Resort Managers, I saw Scott everywhere. He talked to guests and employees and was an active listener. He was quick to assist everyone, staff and guests, whenever needed or just because. We only have two minor suggestions. The food has improved but still could get better considering what is available at other restaurants nearby. Secondly please install more shade at the pool. Everyone is fighting for the few lounges under the palapa umbrellas. You need to double those! Other than that, it’s a great resort to enjoy with your friends and family. My whole family plan to return and enjoy the Margaritaville, Beach Resort, again & again.

The accommodation was good, the location was excellent, but the attention of the wet bar staff was terrible. They never attended to us, we complained at the reception, but they couldn't tell us what happened, we went as a family to spend my birthday and it was not pleasant, in the end we went surroundings to buy drinks.

Our driver was prompt and had a sign with our name on it. He was great and offered to stop if we needed to pick anything up. Our hour drive to our hotel was very smooth.

Out transportation was great! On time, friendly, helpful. Gave suggestions when asked about recommendations. Best of all, my husband forgot his phone in the back seat and after our panicked calls, the driver found it an d came back to the airport to drop it off!
