It was a pleasant trip, although the road is not very good, the road is only one lane, and two-way, which makes it very dangerous, because there were curves and the driver pitsba to pass. The Wat it’s do dangerous because it’s just one line and 2 cars goes in 2 directions.

We took a private car from Jodhpur to Udaipur via Ranakpur and Kumbhalgarh Fort on Wed 23 Apr 2025. Our driver Yogendra (Yogesh) was easy to find at pickup and was very kind and courteous throughout the whole trip - never rushing us at our stops for lunch or at the sites along the way. He drove very safely and his communication throughout the trip with us was very good. He even rang our hotel ahead of dropoff to arrange for them to pick us up via tuktuk outside of the city wall.
