Driver did not show up. I received a message to call the driver in the Viator app and when I called, it was a call centre. The operator said it would be 20 minutes. I had provided flight information so no reason why the driver should not have been there. Airport was closing and after waiting for 40 minutes after our arrival, we took a cab so we wouldn’t be stranded in a closed airport with all cabs and tour operators gone.

Our driver was waiting with a clearly marked sign and ready to go as we exited the airport. He was super friendly and gave us lots of information about the area. I would definitely recommend!
