Several times we booked the transfer with Ken Diamond Travel and were always very satisfied. Our last transfer from Bangkok to Hua Hin went flawlessly again. Unfortunately, we were not at all satisfied with the transfer in December from Hua Hin to Bangkok. We didn't get any confirmation about the transfer the day before. A few days before we were still in Ken Diamond's office, an unmotivated lady informed us that the transfer is in her list, but we still receive a confirmation as usual one day before. Later in the evening we took the initiative ourselves and asked for confirmation for the next day. Later, the confirmation came. K Diamond always has very well maintained cars, this time an unkempt taxi came by LINE. The driver drove with bathing slippers and was constantly busy with his mobile phone on Line and WhatsApp while driving to Bangkok. We were about to cancel the transfer. A sense of security did not arise. A taxi over Line and also polluted we can also book for 1600 Baht ourselves, for this we do not need to book Ken Diamond Tours for 2400 Baht. This was not a good end-of-holiday experience.
Our driver arrived to our hotel early for pick up at our hotel in Hua Hin and, despite LOTS of traffic, we arrived at our hotel in Bangkok safely. He was very professional and we recommend.
