- Child seats are available on request. An additional €5 charge is payable in cash to the driver.
- This is a private service, and only members of your party will participate.
- For airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, the driver will monitor the flight and arrive at the airport at the updated arrival time.
- Any changes to the flight number, and consequently to the arrival time, must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the original arrival time.
- In the event of a diverted, cancelled, or missed flight, the transfer will not be provided and will be non-refundable. If you arrive on a new flight with a revised pick-up time, you will need to book a new transfer.

Excellent service! Diego was wonderful. Prompt, professional, and polite. Mercedes van was clean and had great air conditioning. Great way to get from our Florence hotel to Siena hotel.
Our driver did not get the communication that we would be ready for pickup at 1:30 instead of 2 pm The car was not clean and smelled a bit. The driver decided to drive us at 140 k/hr instead of the 70-90 posted. This tossed us around the back seat at every corner. We passed every car on the road. We were happy to arrive alive.
