Would give it zero stars if possible. One of the biggest Bangkok rip offs. Booked a one one transfer from DMK to city hotel. Showed a Mercedes in the pic, and the cost was approximately 55 USD. Assumed you would get a least a luxury car, right? No. Got a ten year old toyota with trash and empty cans in the back. Using a public taxi would have been much MUCH cheaper and probably a nicer/cleaner car. False advertising, Viator. You can do better than this.
Easy communication prior to on my arrival with details on what to look for and where to go after arrival. Quickly found my name and the team proceeded to direct me to my car within about 10 min. My driver was good and I got to my hotel smoothly.
