The agent at Viator misguided us about this tour and our expectations about this tour was not met. It was a very EXPENSIVE transfer from Catania to Palermo.
Hi. As we already told you, you didn't select a tour option, so you only paid for the transfer. We offered to modify and add a tour but you didn't want to pay the difference. Nevertheless, we've been very kind, offering to explain a lot of sicilian culture and hints on what to do in Palermo, we also stopped twice to let you travel in comfort. We really think we don't deserve such a bad review, after treating you so nicely. Kind regards.
