I had booked this service for 3 people. It was scheduled for 1 pm but the tour operator sent the driver at 12pm so I asked him to wait. He sent the picture of the van with the plate number, but when I arrived, the driver was not there. I contacted the operator and he sent me another driver with a smaller saloon car which wouldn't fit our bags and we had to put some of them at the back with us which was not comfortable. Was easy to book online. There were polite and courteous in communication. Driver was very good and arrived on time. Recommend.
The driver arrived a quarter of an hour late, without communicating anything beforehand, which caused us a little stress as we had a plane to catch very early in the morning. He didn't say a word to us except to ask for a tip at the end of the race Not a good experience
Viator airport transfer is very convenient so no haggling with local taxis. The driver is prompt and provided great service
Great price compared to the hotel & local prices charged at the Airports. Do yourself a favor and book your Airport transfer ahead of time cause there is NO UBER

Driver did not show up on time. We paid two times from hotel to airport. Reported on app to local phone, seeking refund, but to no avail.
We booked this transfer last minute for more of a stress free experience (rather than trying to get taxi/in drive early in the morning). Mr driver was late by about 10 mins (not too bad). We started driving in opposite direction to the airport. We stopped by some shop in the train station area, all this without any words about what is going on. We were confused and worried for our connection and the journey. We eventually headed back towards the airport (by the time we were passing by our hotel again, it was over 20mins later...). We eventually got to the airport fine, made our flight safely etc., it is just the confusion and not knowing what was happening that made it not a perfect experience. Anyways, we got there safely in the end and even though later than anticipated, we were in good time for our flight. That's why 4 stars and why I would still recommend this transfer. Thank you
