The experience couldn't have gone any smoother. Our driver Otto was fantastic! He arrived early, the car was pristine, and he was incredibly professional and polite. Made a long travel experience stress-free. He was kind enough to stop at a lookout on the way for us to stretch our legs and take photos of the volcano's.
