We pick up at cruise port or hotels in downtown. Or Palermo (if selected). Meeting point at cruise port: Door # 3. Our staff will hold a sign with your name and coordinate your transfer. If you are at a hotel, we will try to find you in the lobby or through the concierge Downtown area: Retiro, Recoleta, Puerto Madero San Telmo, Monserrat, Congreso. For Palermo or EZE, you should choose the corresponding option. Other areas, please consult.

Lucas was our driver. He was on time waiting for us with my name on a sign to disembark from the cruise ship. He was pleasant and courteous. The company was in communication with me before pickup with clear instructions. I would definitely recommend this transportation service. Just be sure to give the exact time that you need to be picked up because they will only wait for you one hour past your scheduled pickup time.

Excellent service, sign with names clearly visible and quick exit from very busy location. Driver friendly and helpful. Photos on website misleading as most are small cars, not limos.

I've gotten very good service with Viator. However, on our pickup at cruise terminal in Buenos Aires. I was give a meet location and the driver given a different location. Hence, a longer wait time was experienced. Plus, I was told I would get a driver who spoke English. However, that wasn't the case.
