Private Transfer between Shanghai Disneyland and City Hotel

All was great. We book the trip at 7am and Mr Zhang, the driver arrived at our apartment before 650am. The transport was so clean and comfortable. Mr Zhang also was so nice and polite. Surely will repeat the service in future. Thank you!

We arranged our return transfer to Disneyland Shanghai from Viator and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication with both the organizer and driver was smooth and efficient. Although the driver did not speak English, it was never an issue—he dropped us off at the Disneyland drop-off area and returned right on time to pick us up after our visit. What made the service stand out was their thoughtfulness: they kindly agreed to stop at a convenience store so we could grab a quick dinner before heading back, and they did so without any extra charge. A big thank you to Alana, our efficient operator, and Cheng, our driver, for making everything seamless and stress-free. Highly recommended!

This vendor was fantastic and so easy to work with. They reached out ahead of time to coordinate pick up and drop off time. The driver was right on time (actually was waiting for us in the hotel lobby) and took us straight got the airport. Very efficient and kind. Van was comfortable, large and spacious enough to fit 4 passengers and 6 large luggage. Would definitely recommend.

I have had a desire to see Shanghai Disneyland since it opened. I was on the Viking Yi Dun for a cruise that disembarked in Shanghai. I did not know how to get to Shanghai Disneyland, so I booked this transfer through Viator. My experience was excellent from beginning to end. Alana coordinated my experience and was my contact through email and text. They were very accommodating when I had to change my time - twice!! Alana sent me pictures of the pick-up location so that I would not get lost. And, the pick-up location was right in front of my docked ship - very convenient. Mr. Lu picked me up at the exact location and time that we had arranged. The care was clean and comfortable. He had bottled water for me. Mr. Lu is a excellent driver. I was so comfortable and confident in his driving that I fell asleep on my way to the park. I told Mr. Lu that pick-up should be at 4pm. Alana told me to text her 2 hours before pick-up to confirm. They were very accommodating when I changed to pick-up time to 4:30 because I wanted to spend an extra 30 minutes in the park. Pick-up was just as easy. The ride back was again comfortable - I dozed off again! I highly recommended Mr. Lu for transportation services in Shanghai. Easy way to travel to/from Disneyland Shanghai! My driver Jin was prompt, attentive and I always felt safe. The car was the nicest one I’ve been in since arriving - clean, odor free, nice leather seating and water was available. Highly recommend!
