This private tour starts in Évora, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with unique buildings from the Roman era. In this tour you will have a different view of Portugal, you can taste its gastronomy and see its endless lowlands with cork and olive trees. The wine tasting will be in a selected winery to satisfy your curiosity and we'll finish in Monsaraz, one of the oldest villages in Portugal, with an amazing view of the Alqueva and it's white buildings. The sights were amazing. The wine tasting was very nice and well done. The day was a little long. We did not get back to our hotel until after 7:00 pm. And, the tour guide could have been more informative.
