Great tour to explore coastline fishing / surfing villages and Geology of the cliffs at Zumaia was breathtaking. The church in Getaria is worth the visit alone. All in the company of Eider our guide. She has great knowledge of the region and enthusiasm and concern that we all enjoyed it to the full.Very helpful and empathic with the older generation of visitors.Highly recommended.
Eider treated us very well, gave us clear explanations and at all times was watching over us

¡Muchas gracias por tus amables palabras sobre nuestro guía!
Lovely tour of 3 coastal towns. Beautiful views and learned the history of the area from our competent guide, Eider. She was very knowledgeable. She lead a leisurely tour while still keeping us on time. Very good at suggesting photo spots and also taking our photos. We loved the fishing villages and seeing the Santa Maria, complete with worker on the mast. We would recommend this tour and taking it with Eider. Thanks, Jerry & Mary
Hi Jerry! Thank you so much for your review! See you soon.
A private tour is the most convenient, efficient way to visit these costal towns. Public transit would be tedious, inefficient, and barely feasible. We had a comfortable tour led by Javier. He was an excellent guide, adapting his informative commentary to our particular interests. He was warm and friendly with excellent language skills. He was very attentive to our comfort throughout, particularly appreciated by us, an older couple. We saw lovely vistas, toured medieval streets and buildings, and learned about the unique history of each town, both ancient and modern. We hope to book another tour with Javier and Local Expert Tours soon.
We're happy you enjoyed the tour. Thanks for choosing us!
Our tour guide, Iñigo, was extremely knowledgeable about her country, restaurants, and people. He entertained us with stories, pointed out little-known landmarks, and made sure we didn’t run out of wine or food to try! He was very cool with my kids all the day and he even gave us tips on restaurants in other cities in the general area.
Thank you very much for sharing your experience! We are happy to see that you enjoyed your experience with us. All the best!
