Private tour to Palaiokastritsa beach and Lakwnes village

Both guides were great but I feel like for the price of the tour and what you got from it, it was overpriced. We didn’t get to one village and I mainly didn’t want to go to it for fear of going over the 5 hour mark and having to pay the additional 50 euros for the additional hour. The boat tour which ended up being 160 euros for two hours was absolutely beautiful but again I think it was quite expensive considering the cost of the actual tour and then adding that 160 euro to the cost. Everything we visited was beautiful and the guides were great but I still think it was a bit overpriced for what you get.

The guide spoke little English, it was raining so no boat trip. On the drive up to the monastery and back the guide didn’t say a word about where we were or what we were passing. An hour at the beach and a few souvenir shops. He said we could eat lunch but it was 10:30. Very disappointing.

We were on a cruise, and their excursions didn't include Angelokastro. Visiting the castle ruins were the highlight of our trip. Our only disappointment is that the driver didn't really do anything but take us to the defined points of interest. We were told we could customize our experience, but when we described what we were looking for, the driver still seemed to just follow the script. Lakones in particular was very underwhelming.

Our tour of Corfu was very informative and the views and beaches on the west side of the island were spectacular. Our guide, Katerina, was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, giving us options and letting us choose what we wanted to do. Our driver, Simon, was very professional and courteous as well. Time and money well spent.

On our recent holiday to Corfu we arranged private tour for group of four with Maria and service provided was second to none. Simon the driver was very knowledgeable and polite. Nothing was too much trouble, he went out of his way to help one of our group member who had restricted mobility, taking great care to make sure she was ok getting in and out of the car. He gave us enough time at each spot without rushing us. Being extremely hot day he kept us hydrated by providing cold bottled water. I highly recommend this company, both Maria and Simon provided an excellent service.

Highly recommended tour! This is a private tour, which takes you to beautiful locations on Corfu; often ahead of the larger group tour schedules. Our driver Simon was very professional, kind, and attentive to our multi-age needs. He provided a safe ride for the three of us and the van was clean and refreshingly cool when we returned to it after in each stop. The tour company was easy to contact and responsive to questions. The price is competitive with other small, private group tours and was even a better price than some without compromising quality. I believe the price will included up to 8 people. We visited beautiful Palaiokastritsa and the monastery, Lakones, and Aggelokastro. They were all so amazng. We enjoyed the best gelato on our entire trip overlooking the sea from the restaurant at our stop in Lakones. If you are looking to book a private van tour during a cruise ship stop in this port, this is a great option. Enjoy!
