Traveler will beguin their embera village tour with a scenic drive through Chagres, 1 hours, admission is free
After arriving at the river's edge, travelers will board traditioanal Embera canoes, know as piraguas, and embark on a peaceful 30 minute boat ride up the Chagres River. This quite journey will allow them to immerse themselves in the sights and sounds of the surrounding rainforest.
The Highlight of the tour will be the visit to the traditional Embera Village. Travelers will enjoy a talk, about culture, education, health and tradition. After that the travelers will have a lunch that includes Fish fried Tilapia and Fried plantains and fruits. Travelers can witness Embera dances and music performance, observe the creation of antricate handcrafts, even participate in the application of temporary tattoo.
