Enjoy a day of relaxation and discovery, in the comfort of an air-conditioned premium van. Your personal guide will lead you with a velvet hand, to Cognac. We will have previously reserved for you, a visit to the Royal Castle of Cognac, whose origin of construction is around the year 950. This place steeped in history which housed many noble families, is today the property descendants of the two citizens who acquired it in 1795. These two merchants then decided to make it their cellars, and seat of the Otard company. We will have reserved for your lunch, a restaurant, offering authentic and tasty cuisine. Your afternoon will be devoted to a visit to one of the great Cognac houses, during which you will discover all the secrets of this beverage which was much appreciated by Napoleon. Your return to Bordeaux will be in the same comfort as on the way out. For groups of 3 to 7 people.

Visit and tasting in one of the great Cognac houses that we have selected for you. You will discover the art of double distillation in Charentaise and discover the secrets of aging in oak barrels.
For the elegance of a lunch inspired by the great French tradition, La Distillerie welcomes you every day in a warm and friendly atmosphere. On sunny days, take advantage of the terrace to enjoy traditional cuisine, enhanced by the expertise of their chefs. (The name of the restaurant is given as an example. The restaurant booked for your tour may vary depending on availability)
You will visit Maison Martell, one of the great distilleries of Cognac. This is an example, the visit can be at Camus, Hennessy, Rémy Martin, or Courvoisier, depending on availability for visits. All are institutions that have taken French excellence far beyond our borders, and that have made Cognac famous around the world.

Catherine provided us with a fabulous tour of the Cognac region during our short visit to Bordeaux. Very pleasant trip. The vehicle and driver were excellent. The cognac house and restaurant selections were wonderful. Note that the tastings aren’t included.
