The exact departure time will be confirmed by the local supplier post-booking, ensuring a seamless start to your adventure. Embark on a transfer to a Nile River jetty, where a boat awaits to transport you to Sohail Island. Drift along the Nile, capturing picturesque views of the riverbanks, with Elephantine Island passing by. Upon reaching Sohail Island, disembark and enter a traditional Nubian house for a cultural immersion. Learn about the history and customs of the Nubian people while enjoying a welcoming glass of tea. Following your time at the Nubian house, take a stroll to explore the vibrant island independently. Wander through charming, brightly-painted villages, engaging in conversations with the locals and gaining a deeper understanding of their way of life. The tour concludes with drop-off at your hotel or cruise ship, expected around 6:30 pm.

Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel or Nile cruise in Aswan to sail on the Nile by a motorboat to the Nubian Village that is located on West Bank of the River Nile in Aswan and just opposite to Soheil Island and near the Aswan Dam passing by the First Cataract of Aswan, this fantastic tour to the Nubian Village lets you meet and impact with a Nubian family and to learn about their simple lifestyle, culture, and traditions and then you be transferred back to your hotel or Nile cruise in Aswan.

Ahmed Said was an excellent guide for a beautiful afternoon in the Nubian village. Both the trip with the feluca and motor boat and especially scrolling around the Nubian village while he shared a lot of information on the Nubian culture. Recommended!

Amr is one of the kindest we have met in Aswan, he doesn’t try to hustle you. Or try to guilt trip you into giving away money, he is very patient even for his own good. Next time in an Aswan , we will definitely be booking Amr again.
