Pickup Location: Travelers are picked up at the main lobby of their resort or Airbnb in the areas of Pinilla, Tamarindo, Conchal, Flamingo, Potrero, Matapalo, Las Catalinas, Hermosa Beach, Coco Beach, and Papagayo. Required Information: The day before, please send the exact address of the pickup location and, if it is at a hotel, the room number so our collaborator can look for you at the front desk. Waiting Time: A maximum of 15 minutes will be expected after the scheduled time; if there are delays, please notify the contact provided as soon as possible. Weather Conditions: In case of bad weather, possible adjustments to the pickup time will be notified. Reconfirmation: A pickup reminder will be sent the night before, confirming all details.
