We will stop to watch the changing of the guard. This memorial is guarded around the clock by the Army's 3rd infantry, this memorial in Arlington National Cemetery honors unidentified American soldiers from the two World Wars and the Korean War.
When it was dedicated in 1997, the Women's Memorial became the first major American memorial to honor women who have served in the United States military. The memorial also marks the ceremonial entrance to Arlington National Cemetery.

The ad is totally false. We thought it was presented as a tour of Arlington National Cemetery but it was not! Our van was old tour guide, although very nice, required us to open and close van door ourselves. Had nice stories but often couldn’t remember facts. We did tell him we had already seen all dc monuments except the MLK and he did take us there and then to Arlington. Brochure said 3-4 hour tour and our guide made it clear it was only 3 hours so we’re not able to get out at Arlington House as it would have put us over tour time, nor was my friend able to visit the grave of a friend because we ran out of time.
We strongly reject your allegations that we advertise falsely.Your party booked for war memorial not Arlington cemetery tour.Your party was advised on what to expect on this tour, you did advise you’ve seen most of the memorial and so you chose to go to Mlk mem.and Arlington . The tour was 3-4hrs which your party had.To cap it all you disputed the charges with your bank and you got your money back.We are not to blame for choices you made in customizing your tour.
Kim did a great job, finding us good drivers and guides. She listened to our requests and she made very good suggestions. Everything went very smoothly. My wife and I enjoyed out time in Hanoi, Nihn Bihn, Hue, Hao An and Da Nang. Kim, keep up the good work!
Thanks for your feedback
We were picked up on time. Told our guide we booked with Arlington and the changing of the guards our first thing to see. He took us there and told us to text when we were done. We went inside and had to pay another 60.00..and wait 1 hour before getting on a tram to see the sites. You voul not walk. There were only 3 trams running so after getting off the first stop..we waited another hour We only did 1 of three stops and did not get to see what was intended Our guide said he was not allow in the cementary So our tour ended , because he was on the clock,, with only getting a ride to arlington. The guide was pleasant but did not know and American History. Because we had children we were stuck we had to pay him 200.00 more to continue and see what we originally paid for. I have use Viator in many cities and countries..never disappointed but this was pure stealing. The guide told us he knew nothing about what we bought and had nothing to do with viator...Shame on a company that would take hundreds of dollars for a taxi ride.. I and a group are planning 4 trips to Europe and are very sorry for this terrible experience .
***NOT ACCURATE Every customer has preference regarding the sites and memorials and maintains the option of choice, as this is a private tour. Our company can only advise and assist in maximizing the guests’ experience while in our care. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EVENT THAT HAPPENED IN Arlington Cemetery. The company that runs the trolley inside Arlington Cemetery has a contract with the Park and not this Company. Hence, Service vehicles are not allowed inside the cemetery except for burials and with a special pass. Additionally, we are not responsible for the tickets purchased to ride the trolley as written under exclusions. As for the transaction that happened between the driver and the party that should not have happened, it was dishonest on the part of the driver and we apologize. The driver has since been fired because we were not aware of the transaction and neither gave approval. Our company has also reached out to the customer and refunded the $200 that was paid. Also, we have decided to give the party complimentary tickets valid for a year starting from yesterday to be used in the near future. Respectfully.
Dexter is the best tour guide ever! He is professional and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to assist you. This 4 hour tour exceeded every expectation we had, due to Dexter. When we arrived at Arlington, Dexter even walked us inside and went through security with us to actually guide us to the ticket purchase for the trolley bus and then, gave us detailed explanations of how to navigate each and every stop. We were never confused or uncertain about what to do. He is just great and we can’t say enough about this tour!

Dexter our tour guide and driver was amazing, very professional and went out of his way to help us see everything we wanted to see. Thank you for an excellent tour, money well spent.

the person running this tour was just ok. he drove us to the memorials and dropped us off to be met at the next point. I don't call that a guided tour by any means. the van was rather old and not too clean. we were able to take the second scooter on this tour ... one in the back seat and the other in the rear of the van. If however my daughter had not been with us to help the driver with the scooters we would not have been able to take either one of them. there was no way he would be able to lift them onto the van by himself. this situation did not make for a pleasant experience. you should check this out so future people won't be disappointed as we were.

Dexter was a great tour guide! Very professional, on time and extremely informative. We were so fortunate to be in Wash D.C. on Memorial Day weekend. There were thousands of veterans in town. Our tour was so complete and we thoroughly enjoyed seeing every monument and memorial. We highly recommend Viator and have used them often around the world with our family for tours. Every American needs to take this tour to be reminded how lucky we are to live in this country . It is not to be missed and we were so glad we took it and picked up so much history and a real sense of patriotism along the way!!!

Great tour. Driver very knowledgable and smooth driving.

Was a great experience and Dexter was the best. The weather was extremely warm and he was concerned for our wellbeing. Definitely request him again.

Had the best luck of being the only ones on this tour this day. Dexter was great, educating us with all we needed to know about the places we went to. Four hour tour was a bargain for the cost involved. Highly recommend this tour!!
