We had a fantastic tour with Dan. He is extremely knowledgeable and made sure to customize the tour for our whole family. The car was very clean and he provided snacks and water, which was a great touch. Dan is very nice and made the experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to experience the Columbia River Gorge and the waterfalls.
Believe every review that says Dan was a fabulous tour guide. We felt well taken care of and he was so knowledgeable about the social history of the area. This tour was the highlight of our vacation for sure.
Dan was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, personable, and knew exactly where to take us for the best Gorge views and photo spots. Our guide, Dan, was excellent! He share his extensive knowledge about the history of the place and was caring and thoughtful about the physical limitations of my husband (age 80 with some mobility issues). We enjoyed thoroughly our tour and all the sites we saw.
The tour was great and Dan was great. He really knows the history around of the area. And took us to all the great spots, he even made us lunch reservations which was unexpected. He also provided a mid tour snack and waters. There were four of us and we had a fabulous time, would high recommend.
So good and so much fun the guide was super good any questions we had he answered right away and always made sure we were good and felt good while going up and down and took our photos without us even asking
This has so far been the highlight of our trip. Dan went above and beyond for us in this tour, made sure we got to see everything we wanted, at our own pace, and is clearly incredibly knowledgeable. Our tour was great. Dan is very knowledgeable and very friendly. He told us many facts and stories about the area. For example, how the gorge was formed was so interesting – we had no inkling before this tour. My wife and I are in our 70s so we don’t move as fast as we used to. He was very accommodating and patient as we walked at our pace on the trails. He also took beautiful photos of us at each site. We highly recommend the private tour with Dan.
