Very interesting and informative tour of the Jewish ghetto in Venezia. Many things seen and experienced. Highly recommended!
Thank you Lucia for such a great morning exploring the three Jewish Quarters of Venice, the Ghetto Vecchio, the Ghetto Nuovo and the Ghetto Nuovissimo. I did not know what to expect but Lucia did a great job. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable as an art historian, but her knowledge of Judaism and the Jewish history of Venice is deeply rooted in her own personal heritage, which she shared with us and was, certainly, very touching. Also, it is a great reward to share some time with someone that loves the places where she lives. I can understand the pride of Venetians now! Finally, I appreciate Lucia sharing details such as “this is the place where I eat my favorite cicchetti”, or “I love to come here to have a drink and unwind”, because it gives you an insight to how Venetians live. For all of these reasons, I do recommend to do tours with her. Grazie, Lucia!
