Rashid who was our guide was very knowledgeable and provided clear information through out the day. Rashid was pleasant, kind and thoughtful ensuring we got maximum experience from not only sightseeing but also participating with activities. Thank you 😊
Mark tours had an office in our hotel so we decided to book two tours with them. First day we did the wadi tours which was amazing, our guide Mazzuradin was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was punctual and tailored the tour to our needs offering us toilet stops etc. His English was amazing and he stayed close by to ensure we were safe at all times. We did the Muscat tour the next day and went to the palace, the fort, the mosque and the souk. Would highly recommend this company because we did see other guides from different companies not interacting as much with their groups or not being able to communicate effectively, a few guides were just dropping people by the entrance. Noticed other companies also sent their 4x4 out in conveys to the wadis which didn’t make it as personal.
