Great communication. Highly customizable. Driver with guide combo works well to be dropped off at monuments!

We had a fantastic customized drive‑around tour of Mexico City with Arturo as our guide. He spoke English, was friendly, and gave us a great overview of the city’s neighborhoods and landmarks. The van was comfortable for two couples, the temperature perfect, and the driver’s skills made us feel completely safe. Communication from time of booking through time of start was amazing especially via WhatsApp or text. We chose a flexible itinerary just to get a taste of everything — perfect for deciding where to explore more deeply next time. Recommend this team for anyone wanting a relaxed, personalized introduction to CDMX!

Amazing Private Tour of Mexico City!

Arturo was so kind and knowledgeable about everything in Mexico City. From art to architecture to true stories about famous people and the Virgin of Guadalupe. It was such an amazing private tour! Our guide spoke fluent English and Spanish. Effortless pick-up at our hotel too (which was prearranged because it wasn’t on the drop-down list of options). Then he dropped us at the Frida Kahlo museum per our request. It was a perfect day!

Disappointing “VIP” tour of Mex City

Not up to our expectations. The guide’s command of English was fairly elementary. It took a long time for her to comprehend how we wanted our customized tour to be put in motion. The car provided was very small and not indicative of the size or level as portrayed in the photos on Viator. I am disappointed and felt I was not receiving what I expected in this “VIP TOUR” and will be requesting an adjustment in the charges paid by me.

Operator response

We firmly reject your inaccurate review. The service provided was precisely as advertised, and the guide was one of the most highly rated on this platform. Your expectation was to receive additional hours of service, which we did not provided because you arrived late at your hotel. We will preserve screenshots of our conversation to present to any traveler who seeks to verify our perspective.

Can’t miss tour of Mexico City Historic District

Incredible tour of Historic District! Our tour guide Rosa Maria packed in so much information- but allowed us plenty of time to linger. We learned so much by having her that we never would have known if we’d explored on our own! Highly recommend this tour!

Mexico City guided tour

The guide was very knowldgable, very helpful, polite. We coild not have wanted anything better. We customized our visit to pir interest (we are architects), but he also told us intersting aspects of catholic vs orthodox denominations, as this related to the church we visited - and as ewflecred in the architecture. We could see he knew it, as we have some knowledge ourselves. And also, a food account of some of the archeological sites in Mexico City, without the political tint. That was good, we wanted facts. Could not have been more pleased.

Good tour of the museum...

Good tour of the museum with private guide. Knowledge of English was a bit lacking which made communication difficult. Unknown to us, this tour was scheduled during one of the worst times when it comes to traffic so we saw nothing other than the museum

Operator response

Dear Traveller, thank you so much for your feedback. traffic in every big city is always an unexpected concern, please note that even in the rush hours we try to avoid the most congested points but in this case as your main point of interest was the museum and that is the site that YOU choose to visit we focused on that in the limited 3 hours that had, and that museum alone takes at least 2 hours to visit thank as we mentioned you. But thank you for the feedback, we will use it to improve on our services

Definitely worth the booking! Ask for Jesus

Wonderful experience. Flexible and catered to my needs. We had a wonderful private tour of Coyoacán with Jesus. He went above and beyond to make the experience special for our 3-year-old daughter—even bringing her a little basket to collect flowers at Frida Kahlo Park! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and engaging throughout, showing us highlights like the Blue House, San Juan Bautista Church, and the Coyoacán market. He even stayed longer than scheduled to make sure we enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend him for families!
