We had an incredible experience thanks to our amazing tour guide, Ariel! He was not only incredibly knowledgeable and intelligent, but also warm, kind, and professional throughout the entire tour. Ariel shared so much fascinating history with us, bringing each location to life with his insight and stories. He made sure we felt safe and comfortable the entire time and even took us to some hidden gems we would have never found on our own including the best lunch spot of the trip! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly recommended!
Very busy tour, horrible and crowded lunch stop with huge queues and very short time to enjoy the Dead Sea. I recommend doing it on your own.
We're sorry to hear that your tour experience was disappointing. We understand that preferences can vary, and some travelers may prefer a more independent experience. We appreciate your input, and we hope that you can still find opportunities for enjoyable adventures in the future.
An amazing trip, one of the most beautiful ones of my life! We were so lucky to have Jonatan as a guide who was so prepared and made us laugh all the time. You can see that he really puts a passion in his job so he explained everything in the interesting way but in the way that he did not bother with too many details. Everything was planned into details and organized perfectly! A visit to Masada is a must because the scebery is something incredible. Not to speak about Dead Sea...something so special! A must! Many thanks also yo our driver, you and Jonatan were really the best! We had really wonderful time! Thank you so much!
We're thrilled to hear that your trip to Masada and the Dead Sea was an amazing and dream-like experience! It's wonderful to know that Jonatan, your guide, was knowledgeable and entertaining, adding laughter and making the tour enjoyable for you. We appreciate your kind words about our driver and the overall experience. Thank you for choosing our tour and for expressing your gratitude. We're thrilled that you had a truly wonderful time.
Yoav (our driver and tour guide) was amazing. He showed up on time and in a pristinely clean air-conditioned van. We had six people with us ranging in age from 9 to 74 years old. Yoav created a wonderful experience for every person in our group. He was jovial, knowledgeable, and made the experience as fun as it could have been. We were so grateful to have him as our guide. I highly recommend this tour.
This a great and sincere expression of gratitude for your praise-worthy guide, Yoav. His efforts are sensed and felt by all who tour with him.

We had this trip booked and paid for April 26, 2023. We received a call from their office on the day of the tour stating that they did not have a driver available for this tour. We asked if we could be rescheduled for April 29. On April 28 we received a text that they were cancelling the tour because they didn't have a driver. Since we are leaving the next day, we told them to cancel and refund our money. Two hours later I got another text that they did have a driver. We had already made other plans. This was the 2nd tour that this company cancelled during our 7 day stay in Israel. The other one they cancelled was the Jerusalem Private Tour from tel Aviv and Herzeliya. We booked and paid for these tours on February 21 so it wasn't last minute bookings. Unreliable company.
We are sorry to hear about your negative experience with our company. Kindly contact the office email with specific details so that this can be investigated further.
I’ve never had such an enthusiastic and fu. Tourguide like Ami. He knows how to paint the most beautiful pictures with his words and transported us into aromas bathhouse raves, the fight for Masada and did it with such emotion that you couldn’t help but get goosebumps from his stories. He also organized the tour to avoid the crowds, which was very smart of him. The only downside (and not Ami’s fault) is the fact that they drop you off to get lunch at a very crowded, touristy and expensive cantina. Eat at the Dead Sea or bring your own food if you want to avoid this. Overall I can absolutely recommend this tour - and any tour with Ami.
Wow, it sounds like Ami truly made your tour experience unforgettable! His ability to paint vivid pictures with his words and transport you to different places is truly remarkable. Ami's professionalism and effort certainly deserve your feedback, and we are thrilled to know that you recommend this tour - and any tour with Ami. We do apologize for the downside of the lunch spot, which was not Ami's fault. Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us!
Avi was an amazing private tour guide! Unfortunately it was a rainy day and the cable car and outdoor areas of Masada were closed. However, Avi continually checked the weather reports, called colleagues at the Dead Sea to check on flooded roads and rearranged our schedule of the tour day so we could go to the museum at the Masada sight. Also, he offered choices for where we could swim in the Dead Sea. He was helpful for where we could buy some gifts to bring home. Avi shared a lot of interesting stories and historical information throughout our day. He was personable, fun and organized! My husband and I appreciate all his efforts for creating a memorable day for us.
Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Avi as your private tour guide. We're sorry to hear that the weather was not on your side and that some parts of Masada were closed, but we're glad that Avi was able to adapt and create a memorable tour day for you and your husband. It sounds like he went above and beyond to make your tour day unforgettable, and we're glad that you appreciated his efforts. Thank you for choosing Bein Harim, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
Our guide was very good but the car left something to be desired. No one could stretch their legs in a 10 hour day.
We took Masada and Dead Sea trip from Jerusalem. We had stop at Ahana which manufactures creams out of Dead sea which was unwanted unless somebody wanted a break to freshen up. Then we were made to rush at Dead sea tour. If time was a constraint then such marketing tours are not required, this is to ensure that tourists get the maximum out of a trip. We were asked to rush at Dead sea with 1.5 hours given so you then focus on the time because you have to rush and get done quickly. Tour Charges are on a higher side, if you do not have any other cheaper and reliable option then you can opt for it since it is a reliable tour operator. Also like the way they give drops at respective locations of tourists, pickups should also be provided to make it convenient for tourists.
We are sorry that you felt rushed tgroughout your tour Thanks for mentioning we are tge reliable operator. We certainly do keep our travelers interests as our highest priority. Regarding our transport sytem it is geared to cater for the smoothest possible pick up and drop.offs under huge constraints of blockades, traffic and distance.
